RE:RE:Must Be Something In The WorksLarge amount of trading has happened quite a few times before out of the blue and no news, it's investors getting in believing in Fairmonts other properties and the potential they hold, and the fact that maybe a deal might be finalized soon... If a deal is closed very shortly I wouldn't believe that the volume today knew anything about it due to the fact we have seen volume like this before and still no news... 

PS I'm still optimistic about the Grabasa deal, but I'm also invested in they're portfolio they have now. Grabasa would be a HUGE bonus but they are still sitting on great properties that have lots of potential as we speak
