again talking about dual shares structure....

again talking about dual shares structure....
i have to agree with the government about the multi voting shares that the family control.
what have they done for the company for the last 5 years, besides putting more risk to shareolders that put most of the money in.  
The best way i see things, the Fed should buy the family out of the A shares, probably at a small premium,  and convert them in B shares,  with the understanding the BB family put the money they got  in BBD.B  (new stock from the cie) and  if they are serious in wanting control of BBD, put more of their own.. That way, the Fed would get rid of the A shares  completely and in a way participate in funding the company.  
And for those who are afraid the BBD gets a takeout offer because there would not be control of the company anymore, the family and the governments, together, would have control of the company and would vote no. Also, the fact that dual shares would be out, then the stock could get listed in the US.
Lets get rid of that anomaly, get the Fed in and move on to better things.
To be onest, i'm getting tired of that BS family.
