Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:All these "additional shares listings"I agree it doesn't look good at all.  The option share insertion is opportunistic to say the least but that said the newly vested options will dilute the market on a set time-table.  I can't see planning delays into IAE's keystone project around such a time table makes much sense given the huge complexity of bringing an off-shore oil field on production.  Project delays are part of life - I've seen it and lived it for many years so this isn't unusual to me especially for a company doing something so huge for the first time in their history during a time of increasingly stringent regulation.  However I hope the IAE team is firmly 100% focused on doing what's needed to overcome the production road blocks and achieve first oil as soon as is practical for the sake of their operational reputation.  Another significant delay will significantly undermine that at this point.
