Primary Symbol: PSP

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

RE:Superior offer conclusion The board's responsibility is to the shareholders. The offers are not always merely about share price, but all the terms and conditions surrounding it. It is way too simplistic to just say "this one is better because it's higher". 

Anyone who thinks that the key component of the offers is that management gets to keep their jobs and salaries knows NOTHING about this management group. These are competent people who know how to run companies. They have done a great job with this company so far, trust them to see it through to the best result for all shareholders.
