RE:RE:RE:Get a deal done....1067/SGLT2 - any deal....pick a deal! Str8, they have not communicated receiving the term sheets yet. I still hold all my shares so I am hoping they do get there. Missing a deadline happens, although most not 4 times in a row unless something is wrong. Comunicating deadlines the way they did, using the language they did is my issue. Anyways, prove it this time!!! Announce term sheets received by Dec 31st.
