RE:RE:5 mins ago from MngtIf the SA article is garbage and lies, then the many claims made against the company should be easily refuted. Where's the positive rebuttal article?

I'm a PLI owner via the Telesta acquisition and that article is very disconcerting after enduring the Bioniche/Telesta debacle. Claims of trial data manipulation, stock promotion and massive dilution by PLI management, and the introduction and accompanying hype of dozens of pipeline candidates that quietly fade and die does not inspire confidence.

I profitably sold 80% of my TST shares on the run-up to the failed AdComm meeting in November 2015, so I don't have very many PLI shares (especially after the rapacious 1 for .047 acquisition ratio) so will just sit and hold while whatever this is plays out... but I certainly won't be buying unless and until I see some legitimate and convincing rebuttal to the claims in the damning SA article.

When a stock spikes up without notice, the regulator halts it until management comes with explanation. They should have halt PLI trading at 10:00 A.M. and do their job, inquiring the false report from seeking alpha; a real piece of garbage. Retail investors are always caught in this kind of game that plays out on the border of legality. PLI is not the only one to be attacked like this, but this time has been the more vicious one we have seen in the last 18 months. During the last 4 weeks, a lot of shares have changed hands and somebody with deep pockets WANTS what PLI got. So stick to your shares, buy if you have the gutts to do so and see you next year.
