Positive Rebuttal to SeekingAlpha Article?

Positive Rebuttal to SeekingAlpha Article?Reposting due to the avalanche...

If the SA article is garbage and lies, then the many claims made against the company should be easily refuted. Where's the positive rebuttal article?

I'm a PLI owner via the Telesta acquisition and that article is very disconcerting after enduring the Bioniche/Telesta debacle. Claims of trial data manipulation, stock promotion and massive dilution by PLI management, and the introduction and accompanying hype of dozens of drug pipeline candidates that quietly fade away and die does not inspire confidence.

I profitably sold 80% of my TST shares on the run-up to their failed FDA AdComm meeting in November 2015, so I don't have very many PLI shares (especially after the rapacious 1 for .047 acquisition ratio) so will just sit and hold while whatever-this-is plays out... but I certainly won't be buying unless and until I see some legitimate and convincing rebuttal to the claims made in the damning SA article.

Anyone?
