RE:RE:RE:Not sure how many here were in Nobilis HealthI am supremely annoyed with you dishonest short and distort scammers. I have purposely avoided posting on this board as I said I would because it is futile to argue with paid bashers, but the statements made regarding Nobilis' delisting without any context are outright misleading. The company decided to delist to avoid dual listing expenses with the NYSE. The shares will continue to trade there. Moreover, the company is respectably profitable by any metric be it adjusted EBITDA or straight GAAP earnings. The suggestion by you clowns is that the company has filed for protection which is the furthest thing from the truth. Many a very profitable company has decided to delist from one or more exchanges to decrease listing fees, including RBC that once delisted from the LSE many years ago.
As for Concordia, all of their troubles started when our former self-hating Canadian CEO got wined, dined and misled by greedy GS bankers. The beginning of concordia's fall was the NASDAQ listing and then accessing bond markets in the US. Ovebman should drop the NASDAQ listing and focus on operations and product launches over the next couple of years now that he has all the liquidity he needs to transform the business.

Oh poor baggies LesAlpes and adamchess. Getting hit with both CXR and NHC in the same year has gotta hurt.
And BOTH were recommended by Donville as TOP PICKS last fall - along with Valeant. - Speaking of which, has anyone seen him on BNN lately ???
Pump and Dump classics.
