the biggest surprise would be you admitting that you were wrong. c'mon kherson, begin that 12 step atonement.

loe101, there is and has been alot going on behind the scenes with Canexus that the Market is not aware of. I clearly stated that the merger with Superior would not go through, which it didn't and what I have also stated is that Canexus will eventually go bankrupt under the present management. The only saving grace for Canexus shareholders is in fact for the Chemtrade deal to go through, which I had also clearly stated earlier in this takeover process!
What shareholders now have to ask is why suddenly are the management and the BOD of Canexus on side with the hostile takeover? Keep in mind that Canexus torpedoed the Superior merger with the issuance of those options back in March.
A lot still has to happen in order for the proposed takeover to occur! My first question is and I assume that the ASC will also want to know, what did the BOD receive in exchange for their vote supporting agreements? Keep in mind that most of the BOD own very few shares in Canexus and the Chairman of the Board, David Collyer actually owns zero shares, according to the latest MD&A!
