RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Congratulations RYU - The Expansion ContinuesEveryone should know that dilution is going to happen until the company can stand on their own two feet (which is targeted for the back half of 2017). I am surprised at how quickly they have come back to market again. That said, I am going to give them a break for now. If they can use this money to help expand revenues then I'm OK with that. No doubt that opening a few more stores is going to require alot of capital. One way to look at it is that someone is willing to give them captial for fund their goals. As mentioned, I'm glad to see zero warrants this time around.

Of note, when LULU went public they had roughly 68m shares outstanding. Fast forward to today, they have roughly 150m. They too have needed capital. The real key for us is going to be brand recognition. If the brand can gain traction then it could set us up very nicely. If not, they'll only be able to dilute for so long then its game over.
