Citigroup is now on board

Citigroup is now on board I said another american institution would jump on board et voila we now have CITIGROUP from a neutral to buy -
Also,i mentioned on Friday that i was expecting to see two new press releases which did not occur-
Therefore,with a close on Friday at 2.05 and no press releases i see the stock moving much higher this coming week.
