Silver Valley Metals Corp. is a Canadian exploration company. The Company is focused on the advancement of strategic and precious mineral properties. The Company owns a 100% interest in a lithium and potassium bearing salar complex comprising 4,056 hectares on three mineral concessions (the Mexico-Canada Project or Mexi-Can Project) located on the Central Mexican Plateau in the states of Zacatecas, and San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The mineral concessions include La Salada, Santa Clara and Caliguey. Its La Salada concession is located approximately 80 km north-northwest of Zacatecas city, adjacent to the town of La Salada. Its Santa Clara concession is located 70 km northeast of Zacatecas city, 8 km north-northwest of the town of Illescas. Its Caliguey is located 60 km northeast of Zacatecas city, 10 km east of the town of Villa de Cos.

RE:RE:Selling Wisa LakeGood chances it will go through IMHO. Ardiden did a similar thing this year with both Seymore and Root Bay. They seem to be building a nice portfolio of hard-rock Lithium resorts around Thunder Bay. Also have Graphite in this area. So Wisa Lake has a nice match with what they have. But for the size of company they are they seem to be having a lot (too many?) tenements which all still need significant exploration to be done.

But all in all I think Ardiden does meanwhile have enough Lithium to be sure they have a commerically viable portfolio of hard-rock Lithium. So they are in a good position to build a processing plant for LCE and/or LiOH in the area of Thunder Bay and feed it from their different resources.

The big question is how they are going to finance all of that!? Will need a very strong partner or we will see a lot of dilution.
