RE:FANDOM SPORTS MEDIA CORP. CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

It is interesting the NR states that Fandom is an aggregator, curator...etc. Does anyone know if Fandom actually produces anything from which they generate revenue or is this all hyperbole ? The only real news we seem to get is that we are still waiting for the paint to dry !! I thought Gil said things were going to move and there would be a new group. Did I miss the move when I blinked ? Very disappointing. Some tangible news about product release and start of revenue would be nice.
