im not looking for a definite answer. Cause we won't ever know till we're told.. But is it not possible that the patent that was dealt to Apple could possibly be used in the Airpods?

I think very probable that edgewaters patent is in the airpods.  It would be a good validation of one of our non-core patents.  Edgewater sold the patent to Apple so from my understanding there would not be any royalties unless there was other edgewater tech in them.  

Time will tell.
