I just read that doctors are working on head transplants! I agree actually that bomber is more of a speculation than an investment, but as speculations go it is a good one. If they achieve $1/share before tax in 2020, that implies $10 SP at least. Let's assume 50% chance of the above and 50% chance bankrupt. A very crude model of the possibilities, but interesting nonetheless. 50% of $10 is $5 50% of 0 is 0 Expected value $5 with SP today $2.20. Now like I said, very crude model. I don't personally believe that either of the above have 50% probabilities, but I do think that if one could come up with 10 or 20 well reasoned possibilities, the expected value would sit pretty close to $5. I am sitting in this one at $2.06 just under 8% of portfolio. I am willing to wait and see how the next few years turn out.
