IMHO, not yet, we probably need one more minor wave.  Today's NR is good, it is one in the pipeline; but 1) it is still early stage lab work, quite far away from industry; 2) it is NOT issued before market openning, but when market is open, so mgmt must believe it is NOT a financially significant fundamental change.
