market makers are playing games and are reluctant to sell. I've been hitting the ask everytime it goes to 29 cents and they always only fill half my order and "coincidentally" someone buys the other half shares. It's clear they don't want to be selling to us at these lower levels but are scooping up everything that people dump into the bids at under 29 cents..
