If there is a winter program, and we are inching towards "IF" with the lack of news, there will have to be an announcement regarding financing by mid January.  Hopefully they are not going to sneak in a NR during the lull in the Christmas season, under the radar, so to speak, (can you say rights offering), usually announcements on late Fridays or over holidays are not good for the share price.  
Have a safe and merry Christmas, as mil said earlier, try to spend it with your loved ones making good memories, and NOT on SH, till 2017 then, unless management decides to throw a NR party and I happen to catch the news from the lamestream media. GLTA
