Who knows?  It appears we have a confused individual who joined Stockhouse on Dec 19 and started posting on a couple of boards about a vast conspiracy in the oil patch.  In  most instances, people in the industry who deal with licenses and ownership interests have attended college before even getting a job.  Fighter has no industry experience and no college courses but claims to  have done her so called investigation without a rudimentary knowledge of how the industry works.
