Did you know the only private ESL schools in the Lower Mainland that closed due to the 'weather' on Monday were public institutions and KGIC schools. Now if you are wondering, the benefit of private ESL is that they provide a level of 'customer service' that public institutions can't. What does this say about the KGIC mentality?
