1.99 tomorrow I'll be ready to scoop up more cheap shares as this continues to find a new bottom below 2 cents. Look at the buys vs sells today.. 70% sells 30% buys... Shorts are betting on this to drop further. Chart is severely broken and I'll add more when we get in the 1.80s.
