DYA is in a position to sign some big contracts which would send their stock flyn even if the states were to poo poo the whole carbon situation, it wouldn't stop individual trucking companys from signing a contract with DYA. Let's all hope that DYA can roll this thing out with a lot of contracts or one or two biggies! One or two might be the best for share holders. goldtoe.
