Where do you think this is going?  I personally think ESW has been shorting this stock for quite some time now to force a deal. They've obviously been acquiring a huge number of shares.

Do not know but I know Lucas' priorities are not what should that of a CEO.
It is in ESW interest to see that 60 mil get as much as possilbe so based on that the share price suffers.

When it is all said and done we will be sharing a good chunck of the company with more owner.
That said this deal is far better but still rediculous for what RKN got and truly stupid for what RKN needed.
