RE:RE:A wise old investor once said...From the Bus Capital of the Country, the play with BUS is to get large enough to get bought out by New Flyer. It is already on their radar from what I am told. Going from 16 buses to over 170 buses, regardless of margin will start to make BUS of interest if they can repeat for a couple of years. The value to a large Co. like New Flyer is their much lower cost base for producing and therefore, they would pay a premium. My napkin valuation of a 175 a year bus co. on a buyout is about 5 bucks a share. Now, this means consistent volume...not just one year
