RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:For the Traders Here... Longs Please Ignore happyretirement: If you are looking on nasdaq.com for insider selling it won't show up
because the selling was done on the tsx (cxr shares). Best to use tmx.com to show
daily activity and then it should be reported by the insider to SEDI within 5 days - but we
have seen that this is not always done in a timely manner by the officers of Concordia.
I can see how someone has already posted the insider sales you have said that the shorts
were lying about. Here is the data for the "late reporting" on Thompson's shares in August
and September. You should get yourself a twitter account. Its amazing the things you
find out before press releases by the corporation.

I calculate 100% of the "Margined Mark Thompson" margin call sales were reported late.

insider selling - Kupinsky reported his over half a million share sale the day after earnings.
There has been no insider buying. Not even one share.

Any other dates you want me to look up for you? Insider trading was not "dismissed on the bullboard as you have attempted. I don't know who this insider was, Thompson stopped being an insider on November 7th, so he was not required to report to SEDI after Nov 7. And being that he never ever reported any of the transactions within the five days required, it indeed may have been him. If you have problems with the information posted on tmx for insider tranasactions, take it up with them. TMX as well as Canadian Insider reported 42,400 of insider shares sold that day. This is a public portal, similar to the numerous posts you have been making today. I hope this cut and paste transfers to stockhouse.

Sorry to anyone that thinks actual facts should not be included in the daily posts

on any BB, opinions are something that hopefully someone has spent time in

their research to reach a conclusion that may be helpful to a BB. To post something

such as the Oct. 21st statements of insider trading which was later dismissed as

false by people on this BB to fill space is and will always be considered by myself

as nothing more than taking advantage of the "Freedom of Speech" amendment

to destroy a company.....
