I think the recent concern by PL about a takeover stems not from a threat by Dr Soon but the fact that patience may be wearing thin on the part of the longs wh collectively account for 15%+ of the stock. $10 takeover offer could be very tempting as all these longs are part of the Pli million share club
I am confident that if regional partnership deals are signed on 4050 over the next couple of months enthusiasm will be restored and any takeover attempt easily thwarted. If no deals are signed and the sp remains under pressure then things could get very interesting. IMHO
