The customer service at Namaste means everything to me as a shareholder. I have read countless reviews with 99% being very favourable and many customers stating it was the best online customer service they had ever experienced.
They care, if a negative review is made they are on the phone making calls.
It's not thier first rodeo. The management here know the drill and the reviews are proof of that.
