The share price has been jumping around a lot since the summer, but as I pointed out before, it's been kept in a very tight boundary below certain chart BO zones to keep things under control. It wasn't to ESW's advantage to allow the share price to advance until they could push their way in. 

More recently, It's not a coincidence that the share price dropped so drastically on the day the warrants were being valued. ESW has been active in shorting Redknee's stock for quite some time to their advantage. It was so obvious. (Look at the huge bounce following the warrant day). It will take months to understand how the market values this new structure for Redknee from the viewpoint you are expressing. It's certainly a valid issue to keep in mind though. 

I found it so incredibly annoying that bozo I blocked kept going wild when I suggested somebody was pushing this stock down and manipulating it. Either that clown was just really naive/stupid or he was somehow working with ESW shorting this stock and trying to spread FUD here.
