Potential risk ???

Potential risk ???I've been following GSP and this board for the last 5 months. Since then, this company just continue to amaze me with that management team. For 2017, I'm willing the add more share even at the current price.

Before that, my question is : what are the remaining potentiel risks for investing in GSP?
No definitive agreement signed ? Delay in the projet and feasability study? Potash prices? IMO if the we get a positive update on the JV, the financial risk is reduce considerably and the upside could be terrific...

And with this management, I really think is going somewhere... am I missing something important ????
