In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

RE:RE:BIG EVENTSBy their own admission, Nigeria is an appraisal and development project where they may be able to farm down for carry. If you listened to the interview, there is no way to know if 13 is done. They will have $55-60M on that carry if Exxon decides to pursue another drill. I hear your pessimism but it's not completely accurate though there is the chance you might have be right.
