You don`t get it Bill do you? I don`t care who was running against this BoD  I would have voted for them.
Tell me are you satisfied with the current performance of this company ? did you invest here to see this SP going in to terminal decline? because thats where it is right now,.
Tell me something positive they have done  in the past few years as the SP plunged , perhaps you never paid for your shares? so it is of no consequence to you?maybe they were free options.
This BoD is dragging out news from 6 months ago and the derisory compensation they were paid . now if that was me and I was sure of my ground I`d have them back in court and sueing the a$$ off them , hasn`t happened has it .
I have the feeling this is far from finished time will tell, do try and improve your spelling ,it`s naive and losing not nieve and loosing,

Now once again what positive actions  have this BoD taken in the past few years to boost the stock price and improve investors worth.
