Tfsa??lolSounds as though some of you are arguing.And thats my point with this post.Listen to nobody here..Why? You may ask?
Simple.. well intentioned advice posted by posters that are NOT qualified is asking for trouble.
What are you going to do if they are wrong??sue them??lol
Some things you just have to bite the bullet..or wallet..and 
pay a professional....from what I read so far those professionals dont exist here...at least none that can prove it to us.
This all reminds me of experience past..when some union officials told my co-workers to spend all their retirement allowance..no problem as they checked with the tax service (Canada)...and there would be no penalty.
They did spend it all...and collected their pension as well...because it was "all ok"
ITWASNT...revenue Canada nailed them because they had to pay full tax rate on the entire amount....some of you may say thats obvious..I agree ..thats why I didnt listen.
And I wont today either...no offense guys..but I dont think there are tax experts here.As I said before...at least non that can prove it.
