I suspect that the debenture news will come next Tuesday.

No point releasing a PR this week, given that we are between Xmas and New Year.

Why would anyone exercise the warrants? They will get their 25 cents a share back anyway, and some of the buying last week may well have been the holders buying the shares for less.

It is clear that the debentures were retired. If the company had extended them they would have had to get permission from the exchange in early December, which would have been material news, necessitating a PR.
