Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

It may be that this is a longer term investment than many of us thought. But if the ph1b patients get to keep their bladders there should be a substantial increase in the stock price. This should happen in a matter of a few months.Positive results will open a lot of doors.

Unfortunately, i have to go with woundedknee with this one. For me, this investment is not the one I originally jumped up and down with excitement about. Also I know why the latest pp was set a 30c. It explains alot. Probably gonna dump my shares now. I listened to the good doctor on video, and he said it would be a tough sell to go for the tumor directly. It would require a brand new trial. So thats years away. Well, we all know how HC take their sweet time. This is not going anywhere for the next 5 yrs. I see it now.
