RE:RE:RE:Good entry priceI'll add to that comment about "a deal possibly sooner than later", by saying that I have frequently noticed suspicious trading before an announcement with all kinds of tsx companies in the past. Sometimes it is speculation based on a false rumour, but other times I think it is someone buying based on info surreptiitiously obtained from an insider...just low enough volume not to trigger securities commission investigation, but obviously out of the ordinary.  Particularly noticable with smaller cap companies obviously.

Such a situation can be compounded as the price/volume increase can, in turn, lead to speculative buying...and then you've missed the boat before the official press release.  

My advice: get comfortable with a company's structure and its management and then buy.  As trite as it sounds, it is really hard to forecast turning points.  If you don't have that comfort level with management, might as well head to the race track.
