RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:great news release this morning..FREE SHARES!Canucope, If you read the financial statements you can see Bullard Pass Gold property listed in the assets and financial notes. This concept is really easy to understand.

Instead of trying to run a company with a gold mine and zeolite royalties/sales commisions, CNZ is instead spinning the gold property out into new shell/symbol. Because the gold property is held in CNZ, current shareholders are receiving shares in the new copany. Spin outs can be done many ways, but the management of CNZ has chosen to spin the shares out to the benefit of current shareholders at a ratio that Dart and Michael are describing....something that should please current shareholders greatly!

From what I have seen of these types of deals what should happen is they will announce the spin out and a closing date, similar to an ex-dividend date on company's that pay dividends. Once that date happens shareholders of record on the closing date will receive free shares in the new symbol at whatever ratio is determined by the company and stock exchange. The shares will appear in your account when the new symbol is ready to start trading. Again only from what I have seen in the past, the listings tend to start trading 4-8 weeks after the closing date.
