Lot of speculation going on. If you read the Canopy Growth BB, certain posters are claiming that CGC is about to buy Emblem with the money they raised. The last purchase they did was share swap only, so speculation is that this one will be cash & shares. Lol. 


I have strong doubts, but truly I don't understand why EMC took such a huge jump while CGC fell.

Why would EMC even entertain anything this early out of the gate. Yet every man has their price. Perhaps it's cheaper to buy now than a year from now. Who knows, but something is going on.
