I am an Ami holder. When a company acquires another, the acquiree always trades at a slight discount because the deal is not 100% done. That's always always the case. If Ami continues to tread higher ksk will follow. That's for sure. Otherwise it creates an arbitrage opportunity and mkt will notice and fill the gap! GL
Aurico is a solid company. I am hoping to add more in sub 80's if I get a chance.
