Synopsis

SynopsisBelow are some of the company highlights which illustrate the depth and breadth of the business model under which ACG is operating. While we await the completion of the private placement and the finalization of the definitive agreement with BRIM it can sometimes be easy to lose sight of all that ACG has going for it.

These are among the many reasons I continue to accumulate a substantial position in this venture. My thanks to those selling at $0.14 earlier today when I picked up another 50 K shares. The ACG story reminds me very much of THC 12 months ago. I'll take a 1000% gain in a 12 month period any time !

DYODD & GLTA

CSE Filings and SEDAR provide more detailed info for ACG. The forecast numbers for the botany center are exciting (estimated at a potential $800, 000 in revenue per month.

Nov 28, 16 Alliance Growers announced an agreement to a strategic investment arrangement with PharmaGreen and Canna Companion with offtake rights and agreements with both entities. A full merger with PharmaGreen including Canna Companion would uniquely position the Company in the pet products market by having the only cannabis formulation for pets that has been developed over two decades of research and development. Along with new product development, the Company will be able to sustain itself as the leader in this rapidly growing sector of the US and international pet product marketplace. "

Product development for cannabis derived pet feeds is an exciting business area, and the ACMPR / MMPR activities and collaboration with other growers and B.R.I.M. make this MJ play a real potential winner with a 4 pillars business model.

"Alliance holds a 50% interest in BC Maramed Production Ltd. (BCMM), which owns a leasehold interest and equipment for an 11,000 square foot production facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. BCMM has submitted an application to become a Licensed Producer of medical marijuana under Health Canadas MMPR program. Upon receipt by BCMM of an approved MMPR Production License from Health Canada, a further 12.5% interest in BCMM will be transferred to Alliance Growers.

Alliance Growers is being led through the MMPR license process by Rupert Shore with assistance from members of the Advisory board. In addition to his duties as Director and Corporate Secretary for Alliance Growers, Rupert Shore, a practicing lawyer, is a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia. He has been practicing law for 26 years and has been a sole practitioner focused on commercial litigation for the past 12 years."

Alliance is discussing cooperative partnership opportunities involving two potential licensed producers, both of whom have pending MMPR applications. Alliance continues to develop its business model to take advantage of the legalization both in Canada and the US.

Alliance Growers is now listed its common shares for trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the Symbol 1LA. This marked the beginning of a European partnership with DGWA.

In early December ACG announced that it has entered into discussions with an Israeli medical cannabis company to create a joint venture to develop pharmaceutical grade cannabidiol oil (CBD Oil). Included in the discussions is the joint development of a 50 hectares of land for the growth of high quality cannabis plants, as legally permitted in an offshore, low operating cost jurisdiction

Also in early December ACG to announced that it has entered negotiations to acquire a 10% non-dilutive interest in a private company in Ontario that has assembled a top tier growing team with management that has the expertise to expedite the license producer application process.

In mid December B.R.I.M. and Alliance Growers agreed to extend the period of time required to finalize the definitive license agreement. The delay was due to B.R.I.M. and Alliance Growers finalizing on terms and documentation to secure the full-time services of Dr. Afreen, and her proprietary technology, the Chibafreen Invitro Plant Production System. These additional terms have added another set of agreements to be referenced in conjunction with the main license agreement.
