RE:RE:RidgebackI guess that is true. I would have thought there would have been an announcement for closing by now, as we are close to the outside date. Any chance the financing didn't come through or the Oppression Litigation found a way outside of CCAA to make an impact? The unsecured are some smart outfits, is there any fight left or are they completely out of options? Final hours....i think.
