RE:RE:RE:RE:RidgebackThis stay period extension I thought was for an orderly wind down and transition, posted Nov 29. On the same day, it says that the deal can be terminated if not closed by outside closing date of Dec 31, which I thought was tied to their financing. On Dec 8 announcement it states expected close on or about Dec 29. Can someone clarify?
