RE:RE:How About We

RE:RE:How About WeMaybe this will help you muddle over your misguided ideas. First when something like this is done the exchange insures the new company is funded. There are two ways to do this. One is the parent company does the financing and the second way is it's funded by investors thereby taking nothing out of the parent companies coffers. Gold plays are hot right now and I will bet you dollars to donuts that this will be fully funed by greedy brokers trying to get in on the ground floor of a good thing. Secondly I suspect there will be some shares retained by the parent company in the new spin out, that is almost always done whenever these things happen. Third the news releases by the parent company are likely to continue and if they have enough substance the parent companies share price will likely keep riseing. With regards to the spin out. Depending how many brokers are involved will depend on how the spin out share price acts when it becomes free trading. It could very well move up also but we will have to wait and see.
