I was going to buy in around 20 cents but was advised to wait till 10 cents.
Once it reached 10 cents I was advised to buy.

Things can change in a moments notice. You can have bad financials or even NO financials and then suddenly big news comes out of nowhere that makes the crowds go crazy and the stocks can fly to the moon.
