RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NewsYour understanding is really shaky dude, and based on old and no longer valid news..  The deal is DONE and the judge overlooking the CCAA proceedings cut out anybody but the secured bond holders (Ridgeback) from the assets of now defunct LTS.  Unsecured bondholders and shareholders get NOTHING!!!!!
