CEO Punkaj also participated in PP at .05. for another 33M shares where some of us longs had the option of PP at .05.c as well So that brings to over 17% And Warrants of another 17M to be over 25%.... But Insiders indirectly own Essel/Simba.... Only one set of Warrants cancelled for Essel as that was to pay debt of Baraka at and Execs at Vancouver Simba Office BARAKA was for services rendered but Vancouver Office was wasted money.....Drain the Swamp....sooner the better... HAPPY NEW YEAR 2017..... Our patience will be rewarded ..just need Analysis Coverage and better promotion and downsizing Vancouver Office....
