One more and last time....SIMBA does not need to Partner with
AOI.  SMB has much bigger JV than AOI ==== called ESSEL who has billions of dollars and a Finance Division and if ever SMB needs to Partner, The best route would be Unisol India which us another subsidiary of ESSEL.  

I hope you get it but in the meantime SMB is in a very good position getting
