Clone Shipper Ltd. owns all rights to the Clone Shipper product used to transport live plants.

No privacy agreement in place between myself and them, but I believe they have a privacy agreement with Health Canada that would prevent them from doing this.I don't know if a lawsuit would have a leg to stand on honestly.
