Wow 2% is ridiculous.  At RBC i just made a test trade where I bought and sold 10,000 shares of HLTH for the same price (within a minute), and it ended up costing around  me 20 USD. From what I understand this difference in price is attributed to a different exchange rate for each direction (Rate is usually slightly worse going USD to CAD).
