RE:Opinions?Don't expect too much upward movement until news comes out. 
Yes the next anticipated news is the design database and potentially financing information for the 1/200 pilot plant. 

But price pressure lately is upward and stable so it could keep creeping up without news. 
Keep an eye on buyers- lately there have been new institutional buyers coming back in. This is a huge bullish sign to me. Today for example, Industrial Alliance Securities ( a quebec based investment house) bought in. They are current holders of Arges that I beleive sold some recently, perhaps for tax reasons. Now they want to buy in more/again. Good signs.

Large volume will probably only come with news. 
But if there is any good news this rocket whip will take off. 

Yes we need news, and something will be coming soon. Patience is a must with this chart. It is ready to pop but needs a match to set it off. Lots of new holders now though so the pressure is upward.
