funny, all the dummies on this board were saying they voted no...LOL  obvioulsy these are small time investors as all their no votes combined did not stop the deal... they own so little actual shares.... because, they bought their shares at $5... so they had few.... they actually paid $5 a share and watched them go to zero!  LOL... now that is funny...

take petroexplorer, he paid $5 a share.... he was too dumb to sell... he watched his $5 shares go to zero.... now tell me, is that not the dumbest yet funniest thing ever? LOL

I laugh at you stooges... too dumb to invest actually.... we need a law in this country, a law to make sure idiots like you guys cannot lose your family money by doing stupid things like buying stock in an oil company when you are clueless idiots...LOL

I have been saying this for years... a law requiring some basic level of financial education before you can invest.... also a law stating when you are down 50% on a stock... you must sell... and never buy into it again...LOL plus now after losing 50% you would need to complete some investment corse to show you have learned from your 50% loss...LOL

since you dummies are uneducated and complete idiots, you would not be allowed to buy stocks without supervision... in fact the old way where you go thru a broker that must use his judgement as to whether a stock fits your level of risk and your level of education... a small cap stock would only be available for the rich, educated investors, like me!  LOL... dummies like petroexplorer would be limited to a balanced mutal fund... and of course GIC's and gov't bonds... he is simply too dumb to be trusted with his families money... obviously...LOL

I got to ask... does your family know you own TBE stock and have lost every penny?  wow are you guys stupid...LOL
